What products does santé offer?
santé currently offers four products — dissolve, illuminate, guard, and restore. Together they form a complete morning and evening ritual. Further products will be added in time, chosen with the same care as the first four.
Are santé products suitable for all skin types?
Yes. The range is formulated for all skin types and all ages. Every product is free from synthetic fragrance, parabens, sulphates, and artificial colourants.
Are santé products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. Every product in the santé range is vegan and cruelty-free. No animal-derived ingredients. No animal testing at any stage of production. Confirmed by Ecocert Cosmos certification.
What certifications do santé products hold?
All products are Ecocert Cosmos certified — one of the world's most rigorous standards for natural and organic cosmetics. This covers ingredient sourcing, formulation, and manufacturing practices.
What is the shelf life of the products?
All santé products have a shelf life of two years unopened. Once opened, each product displays a PAO (period after opening) symbol indicating how many months it remains at its best. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How should the products be stored?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. The bathroom shelf is fine — avoid leaving products in direct sun or very humid conditions for extended periods.
Where do I begin?

Do I need all four products?
No. The four products are designed to work together, but you can begin with one or two and build the ritual over time. dissolve is a natural starting point — it anchors both morning and evening sequences.
What is the correct order of application?

Can I use guard indoors?
Yes. guard is the final morning step regardless of whether you are spending the day indoors or out. UV exposure occurs through windows and during short outdoor moments that accumulate over time. Consistent daily use is the point.
Are there any synthetic ingredients in santé products?
No synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no sulphates, no silicones, no mineral oils, no artificial colourants, no microplastics. All products are Ecocert Cosmos certified, which prohibits these ingredients by definition.
Why does dissolve contain alcohol?
A small amount of naturally derived alcohol is present as a preservative — it maintains formula stability and extends shelf life. The concentration is low and balanced with plant-based oils. It does not dry or irritate the skin in normal use.

Are the fragrances natural?
Yes. Where fragrance is present, it comes from natural essential oils only. No synthetic fragrance, no phthalates. This is a requirement of Ecocert Cosmos certification.
