about · the rituals

the rituals.

a ritual is not a series of steps. it is the same small act, returned to. what follows is how to use santé across a day, a week, a month away. none of it is prescribed — only suggested.

i the morning

begin the day, slowly.

three steps. three to five minutes. enough to be present, not enough to be a burden.

  1. 1 minute

    dissolve

apply to dry skin. massage gently. remove with a warm, damp cloth.

  2. 30 seconds

    illuminate

apply 3–4 drops to clean skin. press gently into the face and neck.

  3. 30 seconds

    guard

apply as the final step. glide across the face and any exposed skin.

three steps. three to five minutes. the day can begin.

ii the evening

close the day, well.

two steps. the day comes off; restore goes to work while you are elsewhere.

  1. 1 minute

    dissolve

apply to dry skin. massage gently. remove with a warm, damp cloth.

  2. 1 minute

    restore

apply as the final step each evening. allow to absorb overnight.

two steps. restore works while you are elsewhere.

iii the weekly

once a week, longer.

one evening a week, take the practice further. eight to ten minutes. a small reset.

  1. 2 minutes

    dissolve, twice

cleanse once to remove the day. cleanse a second time to take the deeper work — a quiet double-cleanse.

  2. 3 minutes

    warm compress

hold a warm, damp cloth to the face for two to three minutes. nothing else. let the skin soften.

  3. 2 minutes

    restore, generously

apply more restore than usual. press it into the skin slowly. give it the night.

once a week is plenty. consistency matters more than intensity.

iv the travel

when the bottles are elsewhere.

a hotel room, a friend's bathroom, a long flight. the practice is portable when it has to be.

  1. am

    illuminate · guard

decant a week of illuminate into a small bottle. guard travels as it is. dissolve can wait until you return.

  2. pm

    restore, smaller

decant a week of restore into a 30ml jar. use a touch less than usual. the practice continues, just lighter.

missing a day matters less than you think. return when you return.
