santé products are made without compromise. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Our approach

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, contact us at help@sante.skin within 28 days of delivery. In most cases we will issue a full refund and ask you to keep or pass on the product — returning it is rarely necessary and we would rather resolve things simply.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 working days of approval. Please allow your bank or card provider additional time to process the credit.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, at no cost to you.

Opened products

We do not require you to return opened products. If something did not work for you, tell us why — your feedback helps us and a refund is straightforward.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and return it for a full refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law. To exercise your statutory right of return, contact us at help@sante.skin.
